As most Kobato. fans know, the anime was technically going to adapt their other manga Wish, which actually connects to Kobato. anyway. Kobato. includes many crossovers, but like Tsubasa (and Holic) actually connected to the CCS story, it seems that Kobato. does the same with Wish.

Not that I ever read Wish. I hope no fellow CLAMP fans get on my case when I say this, but CLAMP works can be hit and miss with me. Wish is a miss…for me. Great CLAMP-ish work I’m sure, but not for me. So I’ve been meh on the whole wish adaptation all along. Not against it, just…don’t really care about it.

It’s finally here! The anime adaptation of my second favorite CLAMP manga! Maybe even my second favorite manga overall~ We’d have to wait and see how the series ends before I can decide something like that.

And I am just so pleased that not a thing can bring me down. This was as perfect as I could imagine it would be and anyone who says otherwise needs to kindly show themselves out. Because you’re wrong. And that’s that. Because Kobato is just as perfect in anime as she is in the manga. And I will spend this post telling everyone why you should all love her as much as I do! Except that’s impossible, so just try your best.

HELL YEAH! Even if it took me days, writing this bit by bit through aching muscles after a dozen nine hour days, I was always going to get Sora no Manimani out there! Who the Hell do you think is responsible for pimping this out so much and telling everyone to give it a chance! I am such a fan that I even jumped ahead 30 chapters to check out some raws. I started shipping when I was on page two of the manga. I started shipping halfway through the trailer!

Basically, Sora no Manimani is my kind of anime. It’s the type I don’t get as much with romance a little bit on the backburner but with still steady (but not big) developments almost every episode. That’s where my overactive fangirling comes in and…well it’s just fun.

Where instead of having more freetime, it seems I will be having less! So much so that Weekly Extra got skipped last week! Though it’s really a temporary situation. I reminded my manager that, even though I’m 18, I want to be part-time. This is, of course, because I’m still a “newly healthy” girl. If you understand what that means.

So with two weeks there’s a lot of (boring) stuff to cover. New section on cosplaying where all I do is ramble incessantly and come to absolutely no conclusions! Yay! (I guess this is because I’m looking for advice?) And the current plans on blogging for the new season. Also, a Real Life, but anime-relevant (90% lol) announcement. (Also a shocking lack in pictures, it’s really quite awful…for me)

omgwtf!? How did I never end up reading the extra chapter for Mistress Fortune. *failure* I remember that there was a special (or two) and that there was going to be an extra chapter, but I guess I somehow forgot, because I didn’t notice it was scanlated.

Why didn’t anyone tell me!? RAWR! *pushing the blame off on others*

…*ahem* Well I’ve seen it now, so I’ll do my final post on Mistress Fortune. I really do feel like a little failure for never noticing. *sulks in a corner*

Well, not totally, but close. I watched almost nothing this week. I was only able to do one episode for one series in the anime section and as the crazily refreshing fangirls should be well aware I was late with my Shugo Chara episode post this week, even though it was a good episode.

Part of it can be explained by me being busy and still recovering from that cold somewhat. But I’m going through one of my small yearly burnouts. Only a few series are keeping me excited because everything else is either predictable or I already know what’s going to happen from reading the manga.
