HA! ON TIME! Pretty big backlog otherwise, but at least the Shugo Chara! post is finally on time. Even though I actually had quite a bit to say. I guess episodes that start to conclude an arc are like that. Especially when it’s a filler arc and I have to give my final critiques. I definitely think they do better this episode and last week wasn’t really that bad (aside from fail end).

The realy problem is that Lulu’s “fundamentals” as a character just aren’t good. So any episode with her can only be so enjoyable from a blogging perspective.

But at least there’s just one more week and then we can move on! Hurray!

Screw the plot, I want a Len holding a violin shot~ Yeah~

So yeah. It’s been a little over two months. How has everyone been? Did you forget about what happened in the first part? Yeah me too. Had to read my own post to refresh my memory and all I really got was a Len spam.

Not that I’m complaining, but of course after that spam my brain completely died and now I can’t remember anything.

lulz. Recap. This is my reaction to all recap episodes which features Amuto recapping, because I can’t say that I really care. I actually enjoyed this one quite a bit. The recap part. There were two places in the anime where something was either cut out or added where I either raged or…really just kind of rolled my eyes and dropped it. I’m out of rage by now.

Actually, the part of the episode I enjoyed the most was the recap, I guess because the other part I was looking forward to disappeared. I’m still not raging though because I can’t help but think, “Ah. Satelight. You’re just going to stuff it in later, aren’t you?”

We’re using the happy-happy screencap because I’m already too burned out on emo-ness to look at anything sad. I’m sure to be hated for this, but I kind of welcome a few happy fillers taking place in between the plot. Now that it won’t incredibly screw up anyone’s character. All Satelight has to do is just not make anyone get the information that would make the story move forward. Simple, right?

Anyway, we had a good episode, plot-related = good. Even if it feels a little off coming after last week, but that’s fine since last week never happened.

T_T all around this week. Super drama-drama with some filler at the beginning (not super bad ?-egg filler, but still filler). Starting now I won’t be able to have as much fun watching Shugo Chara since fillers are going to be coming where I expected them to. Darn it. I just had a few weeks break from all of my crying emoticons you jerks.

That aside, at least we have a new opening and ending to talk about to take our minds off of stuff. I like both better than the last two (though Buono’s endings are almost always great~)

Well it’s actually going at a slower pace than the manga, but since there’s a shorter wait in between episodes than there is in between chapters it feels like it’s happening so quickly. And I’m a little fangirl wreck because they chose to go for an emo cliffhanger ending! Dammit!
