Oh yes, the girl has skills. Annoying fangirls at conventions wish they were as good as Mihoshi. But alas, they are not. Maybe because they’re nowhere near cute or charming enough to get away with it. Something the very cute Mihoshi from Sora no Manimani has no trouble with.

So for the fourth day (still doubled up on the fifth day) I present, once again no moment in particular, but just Mihoshi’s glomping. There’s so much of it that it might as well be the whole series…or rather, Mihoshi herself.

As most Kobato. fans know, the anime was technically going to adapt their other manga Wish, which actually connects to Kobato. anyway. Kobato. includes many crossovers, but like Tsubasa (and Holic) actually connected to the CCS story, it seems that Kobato. does the same with Wish.

Not that I ever read Wish. I hope no fellow CLAMP fans get on my case when I say this, but CLAMP works can be hit and miss with me. Wish is a miss…for me. Great CLAMP-ish work I’m sure, but not for me. So I’ve been meh on the whole wish adaptation all along. Not against it, just…don’t really care about it.

This anime features super pretty dessert and cute shoujo girls. That’s all you need to know.

I’m already at a relative loss of how to blog this episode (so uh yeah, to get it said right off the bat, I can’t imagine blogging this weekly). All I can really say is that I am so happy that it exists.

I’ve missed anime like this so much. Big shoujo anime eyes, impossible shoujo anime hairstyle, ah~ I love it. So instead of doing a proper review or telling you much about the series I just go on about shoujo. But what does it really matter? Come on you know if this series is for you or not just by the promo image.

They made the title even longer. If this was a “First Impressions” post there wouldn’t have even been enough room.

But anyway! Haruka is back! And I’m glad to have her and the rest of the gang back. Making their return with all of the familiar faces and jokes (and ohmygod otaku romance) along with one new face and one familiar character just getting an expanded role. Also new fanservice in the fact that this episode has enough to make up for everything the last series may have lacked. You just don’t see any of it.

So I’m fulfilling my promise to blog any episodes that are adapted from the manga, here’s episode 91 where Nagi’s egg finally hatches and Rhythm is born! Yay! I have no problem with this being out of sequence, because I always figured they could go for it. Plus, not Nagi doesn’t have to be left out.

Too bad I have a whole bag full of complaints about how it was done anyway. Though I wouldn’t say most of these complaints are too substantial since they all amount to “Not enough Rima” or “Not enough Rimahiko” because…there was quite simply not enough. And Fuyu is most displeased by this! Stupid Satelight and their irregular Rimahiko development!

Booo for work. Another extreme fangirling chapter (though slightly less because plot takes up a lot of space) and I haven’t had time to get to the post until now. *sigh* But at least reading the chapter again put me right back in a good mood. One word sums up this chapter: d’aww. Well that and: “F— yeah. Right again.” Though this time almost everyone was right. With just the reasonable amount of doubt because…it’s CLAMP we’re dealing with here.

I wonder if I’ll ever get sick of getting to see the stuff I want though. But probably not, this chapter seems to end that (though there is still one possibility to extend it one more chapter). I’m satisfied though. I think I got everything I wanted except for one thing.
