Finally! Months after initially telling everyone about an adorable Rin plushie and about how I so totally needed it. I have her. And she is so worth all of the heartache (relative to fiction as in shallow fangirl heartache that is) I had to go through to get her.

In other news…I have quite randomly disappeared on this blog. But I have no excuses so we’ll ignore that and just get on with the ultimate “ohmygodRin!!!” rabid fangirling. *sets up Rin’s character songs* Let’s get this kitty-loving girl love on the road.

This post is late. It’s now been a week since I’ve been home. Heh.

Anyway, as I stated in Weekly Extra…a couple of times. My family was heading out to New York City for a “reconnaissance” trip for NYAF. Of course, me being me and my mother being my mother, it was more detours of being sparkly-eyed at anime merchandise and various tourist-y stops.

But overall, it was a productive few days. I have a pile of merchandise. Both for my birthday and from New York City (and one things that’s both!). So plenty to brag about while I recount my (boring) wanderings in NYC.

So, I said that my next merchandise post would probably be when I got my graduation present, but…it didn’t quite work out that way. I found a figure for pretty cheap not too long ago and so I just went for it. This was before I had a job and everything, but the deal was just too good.

Plus, I can never pass up a figure for a girl I love since they so rarely get proper figures that I would want. So I got Sumomo from Nanatsuiro Drops, the girl I’d probably call the cutest anime girl…ever? Well, she’s definitely in the running.

Her figure isn’t quite as cute as she is, but what does it really matter? I got her for $13.50. She’s worth that to me.

A title that completely explains my purpose for buying stuff. I wanted three (especially two, and really especially one of them) of the posters that came with the May issue of Megami. So I bought it. Though I had to buy two extra things to get the free shipping so I’ll get to those first.

Wee~ It’s been so long since I’ve gotten stuff in the mail that I’m just way too excited.

Oh it feels like it’s been ages since I got something in the mail…even though I just got my LE Code Geass boxset last week (but that doesn’t count since I’m having errors on both discs and can’t watch all the episodes properly). At least, it’s been a while since I got anything I felt was worthy for some bragging (Black Diamond CD not included, because that was review, not brag, worthy. It’s different).

I like to brag about things that a dozen people who regularly read my blog can’t just pop in and go, “Haha! Me too!”

So anyway, yesterday in the mail I finally got a figure of Natsume Rin from Key’s most recent game, Little Busters! Now, mahou shoujo fangirls don’t have to be the only ones feeling jealous of me. Key fanboys can join the club.
