warriorhope: I’d say most of SC! suffering from that is the fangirls making it about that. With an arc getting it back to its “naritai jibun” roots they’re all complaining. But of course, SC! did set up its love triangle in the first episode…

The bitchiness escalated to actual bullying but Ichigo still doesn’t have to overcome it all alone which is a nice change. I always get so frustrated when a girl has to go it all alone.

Aww…We don’t have any of that because my family is firmly on the “no sugar is bad / sugar-less sweeteners are bad” side of things for various reasons.

Chris K. Right! Ichigo is allowed to be bad at things because she’s young anyway (even if all of it like her falling down the stairs so often is played up for comedy).

I would agree, except both anime I believe have the same intended audience. Technically speaking though the manga each have the exact same audience. Both ran in Ribon so…yeah. Arina-sensei just writes manga that happen to have more appeal to an older audience.

Chibi: Ah so lucky~ I try not to pay attention to fandoms to, but you know…blog. I can try to avoid them all I want, but some of them might just end up posting here. *sigh~*

Yes! Exactly the reason I was excited when I found out CR picked it up. In my First Impressions I was pretty sure it wasn’t even going to be subbed. Then once SMS picked it up, I figured it was just a matter of time before they dropped it because young shoujo series almost always seem to get dropped.

Kojima-chan: I end up craving cakes of various sorts when I’m watching. Plus crepes in that episode they were making crepes. Been so long since I’ve had any.

Oh aren’t we all shipping Kashino and Ichigo? I’d kind of disagree on them being similar to amuto though. Kashino and Ichigo have more of a mutual dislike/like thing going because of Kashino’s kind of stuck-up attitude. Amu was the only one who had any dislike going and that was just because Ikuto was always teasing her so you can say she never even genuinely disliked him.

Or I’m making that too complicated. For the two basic sorts of pairings it is the same dynamic. My favorite sort. I never like the nice guys either because they really just seem to fake. Plus bickering is always fun.

Too bad the manga isn’t scanlated though. So sad…

Speaking of chocolate…episode 5 made me VERY happy. Frankly. I’m shipping Kashino and Ichigo now. I mean, think, this is kinda how Amuto’s relationship started, and I typically tend to like guys like Kashino more than sweeter, kinder ones. Which is why I immediately liked Ichita, and the fact that Ichigo is such a healing girl♥.

I think Chocolat and Vanilla’s relationship also helps with it. Their little rivalry, so cute.

I really should read this manga too…mangas are always fun and helpful…and you can say things like, “ZOMG IT’S THIS CHAPTER!!!!! ANIMATED!!!!” Maybe slightly less extatic though…

I think the main difference between Yumeiro and Full Moon is that Yumeiro is intended for a much younger audience whereas Full Moon was geared towards actual teen girls (the notion of romance vs the realization of romantic love).

There is some bitchness as of episode 6, but honestly I would expect to see it in every series.

I’m just glad we have sugar-free sweeties in the house to kill the craving a little.

I really don’t mind the filler so far. It’s just cute and organtic rather than tiresome.
